Make polo history by competing in the inaugural USPA Women's Gold Cup, hosted by Port Mayaca Polo Club in Okeechobee, Florida! The brand-new tournament was recently approved as a national event by the USPA Board of Governors for 2025. The tournament will officially debut this winter at the 18- to 22-goal level, ahead of the U.S. Open Women’s Polo Championship.
Situated in South Florida, surrounded by vast sugar cane fields and Lake Okeechobee, Port Mayaca Polo Club (PMPC) is a winter polo destination. Located on more than 600 sprawling acres, the club has eight regulation fields, club barns with 220 stalls, an exercise track, a stick-and-ball field, a clubhouse and several acres of pastures for turnout and trail riding.
While consistent, quality polo is at the forefront of the club’s objectives, a tight-knit sense of community supports it. The club hosts a lunch or cookout after every club practice and a beautiful pavilion style clubhouse provides an enjoyable gathering place for players to congregate and discuss their latest game.

In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
