Are you interested in becoming a better umpire and getting up to date on recent changes? Want to elevate your club with better umpiring skills? Looking to improve your game with better knowledge of rules and procedures? If you answered “yes” then the upcoming fall umpire clinics are for you.
The USPA Umpires, LLC along with Central Coast Polo Club (Los Osos, California) and Legends Polo Club (Kaufman, Texas) are conducting two arena umpire clinics/tournaments this fall.
Mustang Madness will take place the weekend of Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 24 at Central Coast Polo Club and will cover three days of tournament play and umpire instruction from Professional Umpire Robin Sanchez.
Fall Fandango will take place the weekend of Thursday, November 11 through Sunday, November 14. Held at Legends Polo Club near Dallas, Texas, it will also cover three-and-a-half days of extensive tournament play and umpire instruction from Arena Umpire Director, Bradley Biddle.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
