U.S. POLO ASSN. SUPPORTS THE QUEEN’S CUP PINK POLO 2019 IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THAILAND EQUESTRIAN FOUNDATION

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 14, 2019) — U.S. Polo Assn. announces its support of THE Queen’sCup Pink Polo 2019, an event to be held February 16 – 17 at Thai Polo & Equestrian Club. A fundraiser for The Queen Sirikit Center for Breast Cancer, the popular tournament is now entering its 11th year. Others lending their support this year include BMW Thailand and B. Grimm’s Dr. Harald Link, President of the Thailand Equestrian Federation. Nunthinee Tanner, Thailand’s first female polo player and initiator of Queen’s Cup PinkPolo, will also be front and center throughout the two-day tourname

Situated about 90 minutes by car from Bangkok, with three full-sized, international-standard polo playingfields, clubhouses designed by Tanner and a Chukka Bar modeled after the famed polo bar at London’sLangham Hotel, Thai Polo & Equestrian Club is an ideal venue for this high-profile annual event.

“Queen’s Cup Pink Polo has grown in visibility and prominence with each passing year,” said VirojThavornwattanayong, CEO, Thailand-based BVC International. “In addition to raising much-needed funds for The Queen Sirikit Center, the tournament also builds awareness of female polo in Thailand, a sport growing inpopularity.”

As co-sponsor of the event, U.S. Polo Assn. will serve as the official apparel provider. “We couldn’t be more honored to participate in this wonderful event and collaborate with our partner, BVC International, to raise money and awareness for this incredibly important cause,” said J.
