The USPA is excited to announce six confirmed teams for the 2019 U.S. Open Women’s Polo Championship™ with room for two additional teams. This year the International Polo Club Palm Beach (Wellington, Florida) and Port Mayaca Polo Club (Okeechobee, Florida) have partnered to create an incredible experience with two top venues for the most prestigious cup in women's polo in the United States.
The closing date for team entries is soon approaching on Thursday, February 14. Players or sponsors interested in playing are encouraged to add their name to a list that the Women's International Polo Network is putting together.
The draw will be held at International Polo Club Palm Beach (IPC) on Thursday, March 7, with the tournament set to run March 16 through 23. It will be based on four chukkers at 18- to 22-goals.
Please contact Cale Newman of IPC Polo Operations at cnewman@internationalpoloclub.com for more details about team entry. If you are a player or sponsor who would like to play please send your information (name, contact and horse availably) to info@wipnpolo.com.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
