SUBMIT NOMINATIONS FOR THE I/I SERVICE, LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AND YOUNG ALUMNI AWARDS

Is there an important person who has impacted your Intercollegiate/Interscholastic and subsequent polo career? Please make sure to nominate them for the I/I Service, Lifetime Achievement or Young Alumni Awards!

I/I SERVICE AWARD

To be awarded annually to an individual who in the last calendar year has exemplified the spirit of Intercollegiate/Interscholastic (I/I) by demonstrating commitment to growing young players in the sport and providing an outstanding example of selfless contribution to the sustainability of their local club(s) and the I/I program as a whole.

Any individual may nominate a candidate for consideration by completing the below nomination form and nomination letter. Candidates must be a current USPA Member in good standing and active in I/I within the past year. Nomination forms are due Friday, May 31.

I/I LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

To be awarded only in exceptional circumstances to an individual who exemplifies the spirit of I/I by providing many years of service and commitment to growing young players in the sport and providing an outstanding example of dedication to the continued advancement of the I/I program.

Any individual may nominate a candidate for consideration by completing the below nomination form and nomination letter. Candidates may be nominated posthumously. Nomination forms are due Friday, May 31.

I/I YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD

To be awarded annually to a young alumni who in the last calendar year has exemplified the spirit of I/I by giving back to the sport, by demonstrating commitment to growing young players in the sport, provided an outstanding example of selfless contribution to the sustainability of their local club(s) and/or the I/I program as a whole. A young alumni is defined as someone who has graduated within the last 10 years.

Any individual may nominate a candidate for consideration by completing the below nomination form and nomination letter. Candidates must be a current USPA Member in good standing and active in I/I within the past year. Nomination forms are due Friday, May 31.
