Due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic, the USPA will be hosting the Spring Board of Governors, committee and LLC meetings and presentations via Zoom. Committee meetings and LLC presentations will be scheduled from Monday, April 12 through Friday, April 16. This annual event provides USPA members with the opportunity to audit committees and become more involved with the governance and future direction of the Association. USPA Members are encouraged to attend multiple committee meetings and LLC presentations as scheduled throughout the week. It has never been easier to let your input be heard while learning about all the innovative initiatives already in place to grow the sport of polo during the week’s interactive presentations. Visit the button below for the full meeting schedule, please note that it is subject to change.
Prior to joining the meeting, USPA Members will need to sign up for a free Zoom account. Zoom links to register for specific committee meetings are listed below. All USPA Members are encouraged to sign up in advance and utilize the "Add to Calendar" feature on the Zoom registration email. For more information on Zoom Meetings, please contact Lindsey Ebersbach.
Effective Date: Saturday, May 16, 2020
The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
