The USPA membership year runs from January 1 through December 31. To ensure uninterrupted access to benefits, members are encouraged to pay dues by the start of the new year. In conjunction with the launch of the new USPA Member Portal, the first time you visit the site you will be required to create a new password prior to renewing your membership.

Follow the steps below to reset your USPA Member Portal password:
1. Go to www.members.uspolo.org
2. Click “Reset Password"
3. Enter the email address linked to your USPA membership
4. Click the link for “Reset” from the Password Reset email from the USPA Member Portal
5. Enter your new password and click “Reset Password”
6. Click “Back to USPA Member Portal” and login

Follow the steps below to renew your USPA membership:
1. Click “Renew” at the top of the Profile Page
2. Verify your member information click “Save and Continue.” If your member information is not correct, update applicable fields and click “Save and Continue”
3. Select your Home Club from the Member Type dropdown menu
4. Toggle button to answer “Are you playing a USPA event in the next 72 hours?” and click “Save and Continue”
5. Toggle buttons to set your Communication Preferences and click “Save and Continue”
6. If applicable, toggle buttons to select Intercollegiate/Interscholastic information (current or previous participants) and click “Save and Continue"
7. If applicable, toggle buttons to fill out Military information and click “Save and Continue"
8. Toggle buttons to fill out Other Information and click “Save and Continue”
9. Initial and sign the Terms and Conditions and click “Accept and Continue"
10. Select Donations (optional) and verify your Billing Details. A payment summary will show a breakdown of charges. Click “Pay Now"
11. Fill in your card information and click “Pay” to complete your membership renewal

If at any time following your renewal you need to update your personal information, select “Profile” on the navigation bar of the Member Portal to view and edit your profile. For questions or assistance with membership renewals, please contact membership@uspolo.org.
