The new USPA Development Platform replaces the existing Poloskilz, providing a new platform for an extensive video and e-learning library of content on topics ranging from ball striking, riding, horsemanship, rules and coaching. In addition to the existing Poloskilz content, the platform becomes a resource for online courses showcasing drills for both arena and outdoor polo, along with insight from some of the top players in the world.
Available exclusively to all USPA members, access can be found within the member portal on members.uspolo.org under the E-Learning menu. A consistent stream of new content targeted at helping to develop player’s skills and knowledge will be made available throughout the year, while virtual events will allow members to connect with specialists in various fields of the polo and equine industry.
Bringing the Rulebook to life, the platform demonstrates comprehensive rules courses on rule types and procedures to aid players in improving their understanding of the rules, regardless of the level of polo in which they play. Utilizing the online learning format, interactive content, knowledge checks and rules tests result in members engaging with the content in a new and exciting way.
Additionally, members can access further content via dedicated player pathways or inquire about remote player and team performance analysis, receiving swing technique and riding assessments to further enhance their training.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
