Grand Champions Polo Club located in Wellington, Florida, was the only club in the nation to stage two USPA-sanctioned 20-goal fall tournaments in 2018 and again is hosting two 20-goal tournaments this season.
The Grand Champions Fall Invitational League is geared toward improving a player's polo skills at every level. Roster lineups change from tournament to tournament featuring amateur and professional players. It's also a great opportunity for players and sponsors to prepare for the winter season.
With a mission to provide individuals opportunities in polo at every economic and ability level, Grand Champions Polo Club and Santa Rita Polo Farm’s expert staff can customize a complete playing experience including horses, professionals and certified umpires in addition to lessons and practice sessions as part of its Polo On Demand program.
As they prepare for their fall season highlighted by the Legends of Polo and Carlos Gracida Memorial and the International Cup featuring Team USA and France, Grand Champions will again be hosting six medium-goal tournaments and four high-goal tournaments. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
