BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS/ENTRANTS AGREE:

No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must complete an entry form (accurately and completely) to be eligible and to enter. Entry form may be found on the U.S. Polo Assn. Facebook page via ENTER TO WIN tab. Purchasing any product or service offered will not improve your chances of winning. To enter, fill out an entry form by following the steps listed on our Facebook® page. All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM ET, August 12, 2016. Limit one entry per person and per address. Multiple entries from the same individual/household/IP address will be considered invalid. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified and invalid. All entries and data contained in entries is the exclusive property of USPA Marketing to be used in whatever manner in their sole discretion. If there is a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the Facebook® account used to enter as assigned by Facebook®.

Entrants must be 21 years of age or older and must be a legal resident of the United States. Employees (and immediate family members) of any company supporting the operations of USPA Marketing are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Prizes and Odds: One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to East Coast Open Polo Championship® to be held September 11th, 2016 at Greenwich Polo Club in Greenwich, CT; one (1) night hotel accommodation of USPA Marketing selection on September 11th, 2016 in Greenwich, CT; travel accommodations to Greenwich, CT from within the continental United States; and transportation between the hotel and Greenwich Polo Club on September 11th, 2016. Prize valued at $3000. All prizes are non-transferrable and non-resalable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted. Payment of any and all federal, state, local, and other taxes owed on prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed herein as the prize. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranties, representations, guarantees, including, but not limited to, functionality, condition and quality, compatibility with any operating system, device, hardware or software, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Selection of Winners: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The run dates for this Sweepstakes starts at 8 AM EDT, July 29th, 2016 through 11:59 PM EDT, August 12, 2016. USPA Marketing’s clock is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. The random drawing will take place on Monday, August 15###sup/sup###, 2016 by representatives of USPA Marketing, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified via their provided email address within 24 hours after the drawing is completed. Winner must claim or decline their prize within six (6) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it is considered forfeited and another winner may be awarded the prize at our sole discretion. Any prize not used by a winner is forfeited. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where permitted, a publicity release (collectively, “Release”) or winner may be disqualified and another winner may be awarded the prize.

Winners List: To obtain the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: USPA Marketing, Attention: USPA Sweepstakes, 1400 Centrepark Blvd, Ste 200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Such request must be physically received no later than September 30th, 2016. Winner list will be sent after selection and verification of winner(s). The name of the winner(s) will also be available at www.uspolo.com.

General Rules and Conditions: By entering, entrants grant to USPA Marketing and its affiliates the right to use and publish their proper name and state online, in print or any other media, in conjunction with the sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for USPA Marketing and their advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Participants acknowledge that the information they provide may be used for communications related to this Sweepstakes and lawful communications related to future promotions from USPA Marketing and its affiliates.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless USPA Marketing, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and their respective directors, officers, managers, employees, owners and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won, including any and all claims or obligations, liabilities, rights or remedies in contract or tort. USPA Marketing assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. USPA Marketing reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Except where such agreements are prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration, to take place in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States pursuant to the then-current Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (b) any and all damages awards to entrants shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by entrant during the course of participating in the Contest and in no event shall entrants be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or reimbursement of entrant’s other legal costs. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and USPA Marketing in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that except as otherwise required by law, any cause of action or claim entrant may have with respect to this Sweepstakes must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred permanently. Entrant agrees that if any portion of these Rules is ruled invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed amended in order to achieve as closely as possible the same effect as originally intended and drafted. If entrant does not prevail in any arbitration or any other claim or action related to this Sweepstakes, entrant shall reimburse USPA Marketing for its expenses related to such action, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and/or arbitration costs.

ENTRANTS ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES AT THEIR OWN RISK. ENTRANTS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, USPA MARKETING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL USPA MARKETING OR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ENTRANTS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES.

Conduct: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the sole and final decisions of the representatives of USPA Marketing, which are final and binding in all respects related to this Sweepstakes. USPA Marketing reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process; acting in violation of the Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
