2020 U.S. OPEN WOMEN’S POLO CHAMPIONSHIP™ TEAM ENTRY DEADLINE DECEMBER 15

Tournament Dates: Tuesday, March 10 – Saturday, March 21, 2020
Handicap Level: 18-22
Tournament Host Sites: Port Mayaca Polo Club and International Polo Club Palm Beach
Closing Date: December 15, 2019 (Entry Fee Deposit due)
Entry Fee Deposit: $1,500.00 (due December 15, 2019)
Entry Fee: $4,500.00 ($3,000.00 balance after deposit due February 14, 2020)
Draw Date: Thursday, March 5, 2020

Important Information:

  • All preliminary games will be hosted at Port Mayaca Polo Club located in Okeechobee, Florida.
  • The U.S. Open Women’s Polo Championship™ Final will be held at the International Polo Club Palm Beach (Wellington, Florida) on Saturday, March 21.
  • There is a limited amount of time for this tournament—entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Entries close December 15, 2019.

USPA COVID-19 UPDATE

Effective Date: Saturday, May 16, 2020

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
