Tournament History
First played for in 1980, the United States Arena Handicap is a national tournament played at the 12-goal level and above. The tournament was formerly played as a subsidiary to the U.S. Open Arena Polo Championship® however it became a stand-alone tournament in 2017. Aspen Valley Polo Club in Carbondale, Colorado, will once again host the tournament for the third consecutive year. In the 2018 championship final, Flexjet rode away with the win defeating Audi 12-9 to capture the title. Back-to-back champions Flexjet will return this year to defend their title alongside returning competitors Casablanca and newcomers Audi and McClure River Ranch.
