Regional President's Cup
Tournament History
In 2019, ML Bar Ranch (Mia Bray, Steve Krueger, Cody Ellis, Drew Luplow) captured the decisive victory 11-5 over Speedwell/Crossfit El Cid and claimed the 2019 Regional President's Cup title at Port Mayaca Polo Club in Okeechobee, Florida. Dominating throughout the tournament, each of ML Bar Ranch’s four victories were won by at least a margin of six goals, propelled by a fast-paced offense that scored double digits in every game. Although ML Bar Ranch is not returning this year, Speedwell returns for another chance along with Traveller's Rest, Copperline Farm and Kyne Property Group. All will battle it out on the field beginning February 8 with the final slated for March 1.
Beginning in 2020, Regional President’s Cup tournaments held nationwide will once again serve as a qualifying tournament for the National President’s Cup. Encouraging participation at the 4- to 8-goal level, the return of this tournament format will bring together teams representing USPA Member Clubs around the country and restore the relationship between the two trophies. The 2020 National President’s Cup will be held at New Bridge Polo & country Club (Aiken, South Carolina) at the height of the competitive season. The National President’s Cup shall give priority entry to first and second place Regional President’s Cup teams of the same year.
