REGIONAL PRESIDENT'S CUP
TOURNAMENT HISTORY
Regional President’s Cup tournaments held nationwide have served as a qualifying tournament for the National President’s Cup since 2020. Encouraging participation at the 4- to 8-goal level, the return of this original tournament format will bring together teams representing USPA Member Clubs around the country and restore the relationship between the two trophies. The 2021 National President’s Cup will be held at New Bridge Polo & Country Club (Aiken, South Carolina) at the height of the competitive season. The National President’s Cup gives priority entry to first and second place Regional President’s Cup teams.
Played for the first time at Beverly Polo Club (The Plains, Virginia), seven teams will compete over two weeks for the title and chance to qualify for the National President's Cup. Family contingents lead the Beverly/Greenhill and Beverly 2/Work to Ride teams with father-son Bill and Wil Ballhaus, along with brothers Kareem and Daymar Rosser, and Lucio and Jorge Fernandez Ocampo.
